SHIPPING: Our usual shipping carriers for deliveries within the continental USA
are UPS and FEDEX Ground. All shipments are made [ex works] Flushing, NY. Kepco's originating zip code is 11355. US Mail (USPS) is NOT available as a shipping option. When shipping weight exceeds the FEDEX/UPS limitations, we will use common carrier motor freight. Air freight overnight,
second day, and deferred air cargo are available on either a prepaid or collect
basis.
Shipping charges: are calculated based on standard shipping rates published by the common carriers.
Insurance: $1 for the first $100 of value plus $0.35/$100 is added on all shipments unless otherwise specified.
Ground shipments: generally routed via Federal Express or UPS unless otherwise specified.
Air shipments: generally routed via Federal Express unless otherwise specified.

NOTE:
WARRANTY: Kepco products are backed by a five year warranty covering parts and labor. This warranty is honored at our factory service department, Flushing, NY, and at authorized service facilities in strategic cities around the world. Consult your local sales representative concerning the availability of local service. Products returned to Kepco or to an authorized service facility for attention under warranty must be shipped with all transportation costs prepaid. Kepco will prepay cost of domestic surface transportation back. Contact Kepco or your local service facility for instructions and an RMA number prior to shipment.
PARTS: You can obtain service parts, without cost, for warranty repairs by contacting Kepco directly. When ordering parts, please use the identifying Kepco part number and give the model and serial number of the instrument for which they are intended. DO NOT SHIP ANY PARTS TO KEPCO UNLESS AUTHORIZATION TAGS AND INSTRUCTIONS HAVE BEEN PROVIDED.
INSTRUCTION MANUALS: Kepco's products are provided with appropriate levels of documentation. Battery chargers are provided with short-form instruction manuals that explain how to connect and operate the equipment. One manual is packed with each unit. We¹ll include a second at no extra cost, if you specify it on your order. Additional electronic copies are available for free download from Product Support.
PRODUCT SUPPORT The Product Support pages offer repair options and an on-line RMA form. Online versions of the Operator manuals are also available. Additional printed copies are available at nominal cost.
REPRODUCTION: Written permission from Kepco is required prior to the reproduction of copyrighted technical data.
RETURNED GOODS (restocking): Kepco will consider the return of new, unused, standard models that may have been ordered in error, if notified within 30 days after shipment. Equipment accepted for return will be subject to a restocking fee. The minimum restocking fee is 10% of the sales price or $40.00/unit (whichever is greater). Contact the factory for authorization prior to returning any item. Products which have been custom modified, specially painted, built-to-order or altered to specification are not returnable.
ORDER CANCELLATION: Orders for custom modified, specially painted power supplies, or power supplies altered to specification are accepted subject to the condition that such orders can not be cancelled.
SOURCE INSPECTION: Kepco will make available facilities for in-plant inspection on finished goods only. The charge for this service is 3% of the sales price or $75.00 per unit (whichever is greater). For shipments requiring Form DD-250, add $60.00 per destination. Source inspection is not available on replacement parts orders.
OVERSEAS MODELS: Please consult Kepco's Catalog for the available a-c input ratings for Kepco power supplies. Many of our switching power supplies are equipped with a wide-range a-c input so no selection is required to accommodate 115 and 230V a-c mains. Other models are equipped for easy changeover from 115V a-c to 230V a-c input. You may request the factory to do the changeover for you at a cost of $60.00 per unit. Some models are designed to operate on 115V a-c only. It is the buyer's responsibility to choose appropriate models.
SPECIAL FEATURES: The factory will assign a special identification number to models altered to your requirements. Feel free to consult our Application Engineers with your requirements. Questions concerning the facilities, features, behavior, and characteristics of any product may be directed to the Kepco Application Engineering Department. Our staff of specialists is happy to provide any assistance in the application of Kepco's Power Supplies to your requirements.
PATENTS: Applicable patent numbers will be furnished on request.
FUNGI: Kepco Power Supplies and Assemblies are manufactured from material that are inert to fungi growth.
